Simpatico's Pietro Cavallo Wine Dinner "Tour of Italy" at Osteria Alfredo
Pietro Cavallo, Owner of Wine4All Importing, is coming to town in person!
Join us as we welcome back Pietro Cavallo, owner of Wine4All Imports, who is orignally from Puglia, as he starts to travel again to this area, and will be co-hosting the wine dinner at Osteria Alfredo with 4 of his fabulous wines. Pietro co-hosted several wonderful Zoom dinners with us including a cooking demonstration, and he brought in the exceptional line of wines from Umbria for us. We will enjoy the big red from Umbria, the Montefalco Sagrantino, plus 3 other wines from his unique portfolio of wines, including 2 Tre Bicchiere Award winners, as we cover Abruzzo, Friuli, Puglia and Umbria. We have planned a menu with Alfredo to pair with the wines for another fabulous wine and food experience.
