Reiki Healing Sound Bath

Join us this month for a powerfully relaxing reiki/sound bath designed to promote deep states of calm, relaxation, peace & wellbeing.
What to expect: you will be immersed in healing sounds and frequencies while receiving Reiki from our practitioners.
If you have never been to a sound bath before you will want to wear comfortable, warm clothing.
It can get chilly in the room we are in and being too cold will prevent you from reaching maximum states of deep relaxation.
These deep states promote healing and recovery from the stress of daily life.
Please bring a yoga mat, knee support, and a light blanket to cover up with.
If you do not have a yoga mat we will do our best to make you as comfortable as possible.
You are also welcome to sit in a chair if laying down isn't an option.
